Lion Buildings is proud to stand behind our steel buildings, and we show our confidence in our products by offering some of the best warranties and guarantees in the industry, bar none. Below is further information about our warranties and guarantees, demonstrating our confidence in the lasting quality your new steel building will deliver.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of the construction, anchors, welding, attachment, or any other aspect of your metal building within the first 12 months of ownership, Lion Buildings will rectify the problem at no cost to you.
If the steel tubing used to support the structure of your steel building should ever rust to the point of weakness or failure within the first 20 years of ownership, Lion Buildings will replace the failed parts at no cost to you.
If the vertical roof does not displace water,snow,etc., or if water ponds on the roof and should ever rust to the point of weakness or failure within the first 20 years of ownership,Lion Buildings will replace the failed roof at no cost to you.
The paint film surface must be washed annually by cleaning with mild detergent and clean neutral water. The paint film surface must not be cleaned with abrasives or chemical cleaners.
All warranties assume normal care and maintenance using mild soap and water. We do not recommend the use of any harsh chemicals. Warranties are limited and non-transferable.
