ALL DRAWING REQUIREMENTS ARE SET BY LOCAL JURISDICTIONS. CUSTOMER IS REPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITTING FEES.
Lion Buildings has three
(3) types of Engineered Drawing Options:
Generic Structural Design Drawings
- A free PDF version will be sent by email upon request.
- Standard drawings used when required.
- It will be available after the down payment is made.
Generic Wet Seal Drawings
We currently offer generic wet seal drawings at no extra cost. However, it’s important to note that this service is limited to certain states. ( NM, TX, OK, KS, LA, AR, MO, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, FL, AZ)
Site-Specific Drawings
The prices for site-specific drawings vary based on design, size, and risk categories. If you have specific requirements or need a quote for a particular project, please reach out, and we can discuss the pricing details based on your project’s specifications.
This will include the customer’s name, address, local wind/snow loads, and exact building dimensions with door/window placements, allowing 3-4 weeks for completion.

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE) LETTER
- $400.00 (1 copy) by mail
- A letter addressing any issues that are required by the building inspector
- Allow 2-3 weeks for completion
